01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at diwaniyamedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Diwaniya Media W.L.L. (“DWM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site.

DWM is a B2B media intelligence and precision advertising company serving the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The Site provides general information about our services, capabilities, and contact details. The Site does not constitute an offer to provide services, and any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
03 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Diwaniya Media W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The DWM name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Diwaniya Media W.L.L. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
